Born London.
Education. Canterbury College of Art, Liverpool College of Art, The Slade School of Art, University College London, Banff School of Arts, Canada.
Graduated with BA Hons Fine Art (first class) and Higher Diploma Fine Art, The Slade School of Fine Art. 
Lecturer, Falmouth College of Art, The Glasgow School of Art, University of London.
Visiting lecturer, The Byam Shaw School of Art and London Guildhall University.
External examiner photography, London Guildhall University, guest artist photographer, Salzburg College, Austria.

Award winning photographer and filmmaker contributing flow of work to cultural and commercial creative industries. 

1992, founded Fazzi Film and Fazzi Nanini Editions.
1997, established partnership Underwood Miller.
2002-17, lived and worked in central Italy.
2020 - present, Company Director, Underwood Miller Limited.

Represents the work of artist Sam Orlando Miller.

Current projects include a memoir, a narrative non-fiction, with photographs.
